Quality Mark Levels
Bronze Quality Mark
The Bronze Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that demonstrate they are committed to learning about how to become a dyslexia-friendly workplace. These organisations will have signed up to the Dyslexia Friendly Workplace Pledge, undertaken initial awareness training and begun a review of their current practices to identify areas for improvement.

Silver Quality Mark
The Silver Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that demonstrate they are developing their practice to become a dyslexia friendly workplace. These organisations will be able to evidence that inclusion is an important company value supported by senior leaders. There will be examples of good practice throughout the business, especially within the HR lifecycle. The organisation will invest in the training and development of their team.

Gold Quality Mark
The Gold Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that demonstrate they are modelling best practice as a dyslexia friendly workplace. These organisations will have full Board support for an inclusive approach with dyslexia friendly policies and procedures which are actively implemented across the business. They will champion inclusivity, celebrating difference and ensuring that there is rolling, and sustainable, training and support. These organisations will proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to support a dyslexia-friendly society.
