Dyslexia Awareness Week

Get fundraising for #DAW23

Use your unique skills and strengths to fundraise for the British Dyslexia Association this Dyslexia Awareness Week.

We’re here to support you in whatever fundraising endeavour you choose! Take a look below to see how to get started.

Choose your activity

It might be that you want to choose an active challenge that uses one of your unique talents, or maybe you want to showcase your perseverance with an endurance challenge.

Or perhaps you’ve got a unique skill that you could use to raise funds for the British Dyslexia Association. From gaming marathons to office Olympics, we have lots of suggestions for fundraising ideas here.

Get in touch

The fundraising team at the BDA are here to help – whether you want to request some fundraising materials or perhaps just want to chat through an idea. Get in touch on fundraising@bdadyslexia.org.uk.

Get fundraising

Once you’ve decided what you’re doing, the best way to get started is to set up a fundraising page here: https://www.justgiving.com/dyslexiaassociation. It’s simple to set up and start sharing to let people know what you’re doing and why, and how they can support your efforts.

If you’re doing fundraising at work or school, you may decide not to set up a fundraising page, but collect donations offline and send them in to us at the end. You can pay in any fundraising raised here.

Thank you

Thank you for considering fundraising for the BDA this Dyslexia Awareness Week! Alternatively, you can support our work with a one-off or regular gift here.
