8th annual conference of the Kuwaiti Association for Learning Differences (KALD).

It was an honour to be invited to Kuwait to present at the 8th annual conference of the Kuwaiti Association for Learning Differences (KALD).
Over the course of the weekend, delegates gained a better appreciation of the challenges faced by those with dyslexia and dyscalculia and developed an understanding of how to appropriately support learners in the classroom, a one-to-one setting and at home. Using the information learned at the conference, delegates can choose to complete a Level 2 qualification.
We spoke to so many passionate and dedicated professionals, and parents, who are making positive changes for young people in education and at home. We couldn’t help but notice how incredibly warm and welcoming everyone was, and we felt very much a part of the KALD family and Kuwaiti educational community.
