This session aims to take you through some of the options for assistive technology, inspire parents and demonstrate ways to motivate dyslexic children when learning at home.
The session will cover:
- Assistive technology – what’s available and how can it help
- Helpful resources and practical tools to assist in home learning
- Managing expectations of the school and of yourself
- Parent vs teacher dynamic
- Ideas for short creative activities – building confidence in using online methods
- Coping strategies for you and your child/children
There will be a Q&A at the end of the webinar where you can raise concerns and ask any questions about specific issues.
