Dyscalculia Day - 3rd March

Monday 3 March 2025

Today we are marking Dyscalculia Day! This annual day aims to help raise awareness of maths learning difficulties, and celebrate the success of people who struggle with dyscalculia.

We will highlight the importance of identifying and better understanding maths learning difficulties and the significant ways it can impact daily life.

From challenges with basic number recognition, using cash in a shop or struggles with time management, dyscalculia affects more than just schoolwork. And you don't grow out of it – many adults continue to struggle with maths throughout their lives.

We're sharing some helpful resources, strategies, and tips to support children, young people and adults with dyscalculia, making sure they have the tools they need to get on in school, at work and in life.
