Marlon James-Edwards

Marlon is a professional education practitioner, consultant, and public speaker with over 16 years’ experience supporting children, young people, and adults with complex neurodiverse profiles, as well as those facing social and economic barriers.

Marlon runs his own business with the aim of empowering community groups, families, schools, and social services to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching – working across several schools across the south east. Drawing on years of frontline experience – and his own personal experience of being a dyslexic – he offers practical strategies and tools that make a tangible difference in learners' lives.

A recognised expert in neurodiversity and inclusive practice, Marlon is also an award-winning educator, honoured with the British Dyslexia Association’s Inspirational Teacher Award in 2024.
