Local Hubs Project

What are Local Dyslexia Hubs?

Local Dyslexia Hubs aim to inform, support and empower everyone affected by dyslexia, whether directly or through the people they support. We provide up-to-date information, practical resources and guidance to help people understand best practices for dyslexia support in education, work and everyday life.

We’re here for:

  • Adults with dyslexia
  • Employers who want to create inclusive workplaces
  • Parents and families of children with dyslexia
  • Carers and educators supporting learners with dyslexia
  • Anyone who wants to better understand dyslexia and how to help

As well as offering free volunteer-led talks, we also offer community support through our private online Facebook group, which is a safe, welcoming space to connect, share advice, and support one another.

Through the Local Dyslexia Hubs, people can connect with others who understand, share experiences, and gain confidence. Together, we’re building a stronger dyslexia community where barriers are reduced and lives are improved.

Our first two Local Hubs are in Northern Ireland and South Wales, and with more support we hope to open Local Hubs in more areas of the UK soon.  If you can, please consider making a donation to support our work.
