#TeamBDA smashes the Great North Run!

The Great North Run is such an iconic event that it features on television! Did you spot #TEAMBDA amongst the 60,000 runners? We were thrilled to have a team of 9 who took on this very special race, which started in Newcastle and ended in South Shields as the Red Arrows roared overhead!
Our incredible team not only smashed their race, but also raised a whopping £2,200!
As a charity without any government funding we rely on our incredible supporters to enable us to make changes in classrooms, so that dyslexic children are taught in ways better suited to their needs.
Many of our team have lived experience of dyslexia or are supporting someone special to them. Like us, their hope is for a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
