Government response to #SENDInTheSpecialists Coalition

On 2 November 2022, the BDA joined a coalition of over 110 organisations and wrote to Gillian Keegan, Secretary of State for Education, and Steve Barclay, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, calling on them to invest in the specialist workforce. You can read that letter here.
The government have now responded to our letter and have also responded to Geraint Davies MP’s correspondence via the APPGs both sent in November.
