British Dyslexia Association welcomes Claud Williams, technology entrepreneur, as an Ambassador

Thursday 9 April 2020

We are proud to announce that Claud Williams, technology entrepreneur, joins us as a British Dyslexia Association Ambassador.

Claud’s dyslexia was diagnosed at an early age but he knows only too well that society is quick to judge and often a dyslexic person’s unique talents go unnoticed.

Talking about his dyslexia, Claud said: "I'm a huge believer in the unique potential that each individual possesses, however, it's also clear to me that society right now is failing to support many people’s gifts. People with dyslexia have so much to offer the world, but without the right systems in place, our talents are wasted. If this is allowed to continue then everyone will lose out."

When he was younger, Claud discovered technology and this enabled him to exploit his natural talents and overcome some of his literacy challenge. From this passion, Claud went on to launch his first business at the age of 17 and he has since gone on to create several very successful creative projects and flourishing businesses. His new venture is a practical personal development platform, which blends artificial intelligence with psychology and creativity to create revolutionary learning and coaching experiences.

Helen Boden, CEO, British Dyslexia Association, said: “In his role as British Dyslexia Association Ambassador, Claud will be able to demonstrate to others that when you uncover your natural talents then anything is possible. He is a shining example to all of us that you can do anything you want in life, and we hope his enthusiasm, dedication and new technology offerings will help many dyslexic individuals go on to reach their full potential.”
