Abstract Submissions

The British Dyslexia Association is pleased to welcome Abstract submissions for its International Conference Dimensions of Dyslexia: Evidence and Practice which will be held at the University of Surrey, England, 20-21 June 2024.

This conference will showcase some of the leading research in our field and we welcome abstract submissions relating to recent or current research.

Review Process

Submissions will be reviewed and scored by our Committee who will assess the quality and relevance of each submission. The scores will then be used to rank the submissions, with the highest ranked submissions selected for presentation at the conference.

Notification

Presenters will be informed about the review outcome by 15th December 2023.

Those whose submissions have been accepted will receive instructions on how to prepare their presentations, while those whose submissions have been rejected may request feedback on why their abstract was not accepted.

Presenters will be required to pay the conference registration fee by 31st March 2024 and will be expected to fund their own travel and accommodation expenses. Tickets will become available to buy from the 15th December 2023 - at a discounted Two Day fee of £250.00.

The draft timetable for the conference will be confirmed by 30th April 2024.
