Direct Line Group shows commitment to exploring neurodiverse attributes

The British Dyslexic Association (BDA) is pleased to announce Direct Line Group (DLG) as a platinum organisational member, showing their commitment to utilise the strengths of all employees.

Mark Evans, Marketing Director, Direct Line Group, said,

“We are thrilled to be platinum members of the BDA. At DLG we want to create an environment where everyone can be the best version of themselves, regardless of their experience and skills. Indeed, one of our core values is to bring all of yourself to work. This means that we are inherently curious about the potential that lies within people with a range of neurodiverse attributes – “superpowers” as they are sometimes referred to - and we believe that the BDA can help us to accelerate our progress in this direction.”

There are various levels of organisational membership with the BDA ranging from bronze up to platinum. Each level is associated with different benefits, but all organisational members are showing a commitment to help create a dyslexia-friendly society.
