As such, we would encourage you to use our contact us page– whereby you can direct your enquiry to the respective department.

Thereafter, and in the event that we need to contact you via phone, please remember to include your phone number in any email communication.

Many thanks for your understanding in the above.

Updated 24th March 2020

Following the government announcement on 23 March of a temporary lockdown to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have taken further steps to ensure that all our staff do not have to leave their home for work.

During the lockdown, no staff will be permitted to work from our Bracknell office or undertake travel for work. We will review this situation when the government reviews their measures in three weeks.

All our team are now set up to work from home, so this will not affect services that can be delivered digitally. Our eLearning service is operating as normal. We would encourage you to make the most of this at this time.

This will, of course, mean that we cannot carry out services that have to be delivered face-to-face, like Diagnostic Assessments. We be in touch directly with those who have a booking in the next three weeks to reschedule. This may take a bit of time so please be patient, we will be in touch. We are still however, taking bookings for later in the year.

As our Helpline is mainly staff by volunteers, we have decided to close the phone line until further notice. However, we will still respond to queries via email (helpline@bdadyslexia.org.uk) but would ask those using this service to understand that response time may be slower than normal.

If you have any questions related to this, please reach out through the normal channels. (Please be understanding that some teams are managing higher volumes of enquiries than normal.) If you have any concern related to COVID-19 that have not been resolved through normal channels, please immediately contact media@bdadyslexia.org.uk.
