You will be working across the School of Education - a place where students, academics, Bath Spa teachers, classroom teachers, education practitioners and all who are interested in education come together in a community of research and practice. The School of Education offers taught postgraduate courses which are flexible and modular, with specialist pathways and opportunities for students to engage in practitioner research.
You will be asked to contribute to the existing SpLD/Dyslexia course at Masters level and also have a role in developing new modules and courses in this area and more broadly in the field of education and inclusion at both undergraduate and postgraduate. Your role will also include supporting students in completing the Professional Practice element of the postgraduate course which is required for the British Dyslexia Association qualifications: Approved Teacher Status (ATS), Approved Practitioner Status (APS), Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA), and Assessment Practising Certificate (APC).
