The British Dyslexia Association was sorry to hear this news about Dyslexia Action.

The British Dyslexia Association would like to pay tribute to the work undertaken by Dyslexia Action, in more than 40 years of service, tutoring dyslexic individuals and assessing for dyslexia. We acknowledge the proud history of the early pioneers who worked to establish an understanding of the dyslexia phenomenon and set up robust, professionally delivered tutoring and assessment services. For a number of years the BDA has been pleased to be able to work alongside colleagues from Dyslexia Action on some large BDA projects.

We would like to reassure our supporters that the British Dyslexia Association is in good health. The BDA remains committed to working to build a dyslexia friendly society, fuelled by the energy, commitment and drive of our many wonderful volunteers and supporters.

Dr. Kate Saunders, CEO, BDA.
