Dyslexia and Business: Beating the Odds to Succeed

The BDA held a celebratory event in May 2010 to mark the first anniversary of its Mentoring scheme, in conjunction with Cass Business School and Dyslexia Scotland. The aim of the event was to learn how it has impacted on the lives of our dyslexic entrepreneur mentees, and to set out the future opportunities for the scheme. It was also an opportunity to publicly acknowledge the immense support of the Mentor volunteers - without whom there would be no such scheme.

The evening unveiled the results of the first year's research by Professor Julie Logan, Professor of Entrepreneurship at Cass, and feature speakers including Matthew Bickerton (see the video blog below) and fellow Mentors and Mentees.
