Adidas Women's 5K Challenge
The BDA is looking for women to dust off their running shoes and take part in a fun run this September in London.
The Adidas Women's 5K Challenge 2010 takes place on Sunday 5th September in the beautiful surroundings of London's Hyde Park.
Open to ladies of all ages and abilities, the Adidas Women's Challenge is a great event - perfect if you haven’t run seriously before - you can run, walk or jog the flat course at your own speed.
The BDA needs funds to continue its work of developing and encouraging services that meet the needs of dyslexic people as well as promoting a dyslexia friendly society.
By running the Adidas 5K challenge each runner will receive:
- A finishers medal
- A T-shirt
- A Goody bag
Entry is free and all we ask is that you raise a minimum of £200.
