BDA Training Client Charter.
The BDA is committed to meeting the needs of every client. For each course we will develop aims and learning outcomes to allow your organisation to achieve its training objectives.
Our commitment to you:
- You will receive a response from the British Dyslexia Association Training Department within 7 working days of your initial contact, to discuss your individual requirements.
- The Training Department will discuss your training needs and provide an outline of options available.
- Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form.
- Shortly after receipt of a booking form, you will be assigned a BDA Trainer or Consultant as appropriate.
- The Trainer or Consultant will contact you prior to the event to discuss details and content as required.
- Each delegate will receive course materials at the start of or during the training session. This will include a programme, course aims and objectives plus relevant handouts.
- Delegates will be invited to complete evaluations forms where they can give feedback on their experiences of the training programme. The completion of the evaluation forms is much appreciated as these will allow us to ensure the continuing quality of our service.
- Following your training session, the BDA Training Department is available to answer any further questions you may have. In addition, for a period of 7 days, your BDA Trainer will be available to follow up on specific issues raised at the training sessions.
- On completion of the training, your delegates will receive a BDA Certificate of Attendance outlining the course content for their personal CPD file.
- A Corporate Certificate of Delivery is available, if required.
