Who are the Trustees

Who are the Trustees?

The trustees are directors of the company. When the Board is complete it will comprise:

  • A Chairman nominated by the Board by reason of possessing skills considered necessary and appointed in general meeting;
  • Three individuals to be drawn from among the members of the Local Associations and nominated by the Local Associations Board [LAB Bye Law amendment approved by Management Board 1 December 2006]; See note below re current Local Association Members
  • Three individuals to be drawn from among the Individual Members;
  • Two individuals to be drawn from among the members of the Organisational Members; One vacancy
  • One individual to be drawn from among the members of the Support Groups; and
  • Up to four individuals co-opted by the Board by reason of possessing skills considered necessary including a Treasurer and a legally qualified person.
